It would be much more efficient if users could add, edit or remove the settlement memos just like the templates. I am not sure why that was changed from Needles 4 to Neos but it is frustrating when you need to change one sentence but have to go through Neos support every time.
I agree! We also need the ability to save the generated Settlement Memo to the docs without having to save it to file and upload it. Too many steps.
Agree 10000%. All of the settlement memos in Neos are useless. We may use one to just get a general idea of the settlement proceeds and get a breakdown of things. However, the memos are useless and more frustrating than helpful. We end up manually doing our memos now. I feel like we have taken a step backward with NEOs than a step forward. Settlement disbursals are how we get paid. Having the memo as a merge doc that meets the specific needs of the firm makes the most sense. This should be the easiest thing and not the most difficult as it currently is. It boggles my mind that a settlement memo can't be a merge document like it was in Needles. This needs to change!
