Neos - Add ability to post to companion cases from Neos Outlook Add-in

In N4/N5 when posting an email from the Outlook add-in, the user could choose 'Post to companion cases' and then choose the companion cases to choose from. The current Neos add-in does not have that functionality. Currently, emails have to be posted and then the note copied to another case from the Notes tab.
