Neos: ability to see Refresh Checklist option in case checklist again

Since the latest update in Neos, when marking items as Done or N/A the checklist auto-refreshes now. It was nice to see the blue Refresh Checklist option as a visual representation that it needs to be updated. Would be nice to see this option again as it was not a bother.
