Example: in the "Select a document" box when generating a document, the cursor should default to the first search box (in this case, document #). When you clicked on generate document in 4.x, users knew you could start typing the doc number right away if you knew it number. Now you have to go back to your mouse and click in the search box.
In Neos, there is no default cursor position. Please default the cursor in Neos to the Template Name field.
