Add Action from case note: Copy note into new message

Currently, we can do action - e-mail note, to copy that whole note into an e-mail (although it's clunky bc it opens up outlook 365 etc. etc.). . . how about an action to "Copy note into new message" - so that the whole note can be copied right into a new message, and then we can add in our question or instructions to the team member on what to do on that note?
