Make the standard "How did you hear about us?" field editable and reportable

Currently, the "How did you hear about us?" field under General Information in the Case tab on all cases cannot be edited or pulled into a report in any way. This field should be a mini directory that can be edited - perhaps under the Mini Directories section of Settings - so that additional options can be added or allow the field to be disabled altogether. There should also be a way to pull that data into a report.

Edit: This field should also be available to add to Intake Templates.
