If mail was returned and the address was no longer valid for the individual, the option to unselect that address from any mailing list was available until an updated address could be input. without this option, we will end up wasting a lot of money sending mail out on mailing lists that are sure to come back again.
The mailing list is a mess. The Needles mailing list to add or delete a person from the General mailing list took seconds - now you have to log in through setting and jump through hoops. Not only that, but new cases you open are not automatically added to the General Mailing List. My team is going back 5 months to add each one manually. This is one of the most important features
