User would like a drop down of suggested providers in the medical records tab

Can providers that are already in the Value screen become a drop down tab when entering the providers in the Medical records tab? That way it pulls the correct location instantly, instead of having to type out the provider, look for the right address, then add. Also, still be able to type in a provider if needed.
