Have the DocuSign send notifications to user's when a document is sent back

Currently, when a document is sent out to be signed and returns, the only place where there is a notification is with the email connected to DocuSign. Is there a way to have the confirmation return email also go to the users who sent out the documents. Otherwise they only know if a document has returned by checking the Case Docs tab
