Ideas & Enhancements
It would be great if we could mandate certain fields to be filled in. For data integrity and report purposes, we need certain fields to always be filled in on all case types and often f/u monthly to update these fields. If they were mandatory this would eliminate all that extra work to follow-up and get them filled in.
