Neos- Add Document Type above the Category on the Case Docs tab

Currently, when viewing the detail view of a file on the Case Docs tab, Document Type is listed below the category. However, the Document Type should be listed first since it is the subfolder that the file gets moved to and the category only further categorizes the file.
