Create Document Tags On The Fly
It would be nice to be able to create document tags as you need them (self building list) rather than having to pre-populate a minidirectory with them.

NEOS - "Group By" option in other list tabs
There is an option in the checklist to group items by different information. At the moment, there is no way to do that in other list tabs like case documents or case notes. It should be an option in those tabs as well.

Neos - Remove 'Add Note' Button from Header
Remove the 'add Note' button from the head of the case - when suers are on the Notes tab, it is confusing because they think that is where they are supposed to cliek to ad a note.

Neos - Case Special Note Header - add 'Undo' option if 'Clear' is selected
There is no option to undo if the special note is deleted using the 'Clear' button. An 'Undo' button should be added in case the special note is accidentally cleared.

Add a "Select All" option to Case Docs Tab
To apply a bulk update(for example, add a type), a user has to check each item. This could be troublesome when updating a considerable amount of documents.
