Add phone number field to General Information that appears when you search for a party
Since people tend to hold on to their phone numbers now, they are more reliable in identifying possible duplicates than home addresses. But when you go to add a new party , you can't see that info without adding the party fully.

Pronouns should not require a two line if than statement in Word to be used. Create bookmark(s) for them. Call Trial Works, they use "spronoun" and "ppronoun" as bookmarks for pronouns. Surprised they aren't already bookmarks.
