Intake Pro Automation Triggers Should Have Multiple Actions
I would like it if the automations in Intake Pro can have multiple actions to the same trigger. Like when the checklist item is set to Done, have it send both an email and a text to the client instead of only one or the other.
Instead of adding time directly within a specific case have a global time sheet that can be used to note activity and time. Then associate the time entry to a specific case. At the end of the day "Submit" this time to each of the cases.
We frequently have to create multiple intakes for the same accident or multiple intakes for one person for different case types. Having to copy the data from one intake too another is extremely time consuming and awkward. Adding a 'Copy Intake Dat...
It would be nice to be able to have one screen and enter bulk expenses into multiple different cases from one screen. It takes too long right now when you have multiple expenses to enter for multiple clients.
We use alt case numbers instead of the case number that Neos automatically generates. It would be helpful to not see the Neos case number but only see the Alt Case No.
