NEOS - Alt Case Number in OL Search

Not all firms go by the Needles case number. It would be nice to be able to see the alternate case number when searching a case to tag it in outlook.

NEOS - Document Display Name

It would be nice if there was a display name that could be quickly edited for a document rather than having to reupload the document with a different file name to change what it is displayed as.

Cloud: Add a drop down box for user defined reports, where the user can select "All" for the case type.

#91731: Users currently must type in the case type. There isn't an option to select "All" for the case type.

Cloud: Place "To" and "From" Boxes for dates for the "Reschedule" function in the case calendar.

The calendar should show a box with the scheduled date, as well as another box for the new date.

Neos: Add search ability for drop-down

When selecting the drop-down while creating a new case note you currently have to scroll through the list to locate what you want to select. Would make it easier to add a search for the drop-down to easily type in what you're looking for.
