Ability to add total from columns to last row in list/table.
As a user I wish to generate totals for columns in a table/list so that I can automatically generate totals in my merge templates without the need for Word Mail Merge codes.
Add Option to add Party or Provide Contact Details to Outlook
Add feature to create an Outlook contact from both Party records or Provider records. Fields to include would be name, address, email address, phone numbers and date of birth. This will add a benefit to the 365 integration.

Single space formatting of tagged emails to the Notes tab should be an option
When you tag an email to a case and it shows up in the case tab, it is double spaced and you can't easily make it single spaced. It would be useful if we could have an option to change the formatting to make it single spaced.
