Add the code description to the Class Code drop-down window

Add the code description to the Class Code drop -down window. This would help users to select the correct class code for each case - not everyone is familiar with the description for every 3-character class code. This would be helpful for all staff who are reviewing each file to know, at a glance (and click), what stage the case is in.
