Add a check box to the case header to indicate if client has health insurance.

would be helpful to see at a glance if the client has health insurance - for purposes of settlement, negotiations, closing, etc. Especially if files get moved around, it's an important flag and should be easier to see than having to dig into the value and/or rec/req and/or insurance tabs. Doesn't have to have detail, just a checkbox - if it's checked, you know there's more to do. If not, move along.
