Click on Name ID to pull up Provider Card/List of other cases

It would be very efficient if one could click on the Name ID of a party and automatically pull up the Provider Card and/or list of cases which they are attached.

We have many clients who have current and prior cases which we would like to access quickly without having to click on search, search the name, click on the name, then click on the case/Provider Card.
