Neos - Duplicates Check to Import Intake

When checking duplicates for importing intakes from a file, please add a check for the same case type and the same name. Leads are often received from a form the potential client fills out themselves where they may have mistyped a phone number or data in another area. This will help to identify duplicates faster.
