We have more than one intake member assigned to the checklist items. In the current intake you only have the primary staff and no one else. We have an intake lead that has checklist items but she cannot do anything until it is made into a case because there is only one staff assigned during the intake phase and all the checklists go to the primary.
The checklist items should also be phased so that irrelevant checklist items that only apply after an intake becomes a case do not clutter the checklist.
The Checkpoint test looks at the type of demand uncertainty, factor unemployment alternatives, and the relative endowments of factors with different Checkpoint exam. The remainder of the paper focuses on each determinant's role.
