Allow us to show the "Comments" column under the Insurance tab in Neos

Right now, under the Insurance tab in Neos, we have the ability to show/hide a number of different columns. Unfortunately, "Comments" is not one of them, and I'm not sure why that is.

Please give us the ability to show/hide the "Comments" column under the Insurance tab.
