Neos - Option for Holidays on the calendar viewable for all users

When looking at the Global Calendar in Neos, it would be a great option to have Holidays added for all users without the recipients having to accept an invitation.

An idea for this would be to overlay the United States Holidays Calendar in Outlook for users in Neos globally.

    Or when creating the Holiday in Mini Directories for it to pull over in the Calendar as it did in Needles.
