Mentions in Outlook should be kept as mentions in Neos when tagged

Often times when composing an email, we might mention someone in the organization who will be automatically added to the email chain. When the email is tagged it would be nice if that mention could also be synced with the user's staff profile so that they also get the notification in Neos.
