Allow to Tab off Field to Next

Once I select a field, i.e., "role" on a provider card, allow me to TAB off the field instead of having to use my mouse to select something that is ALREADY IN THE FIELD before moving on. Having to incessantly use the mouse is a waste of time and a recipe for repetitive stress injuries.
