When I receive interal Neos messages, the message icon has a blue circle with the number of unread messages. I also receive a notification. This is duplicative, but I can't turn off notifications for messages. Please make a way for the separate, unnecessary notification to be deactivated.
This is great for messages- it should be disabled if read in messages tab
Clearing the notifications would be a great option to add as well, that way you don't have to sift through them all again.
