A customer suggested that in Neos you can set the default view for the case docs tab to the folder view so he doesn't always has to choose the view every time he goes into a case.
users should be able to define their default view, and btw, the down arrow is useless; clicking on the selection does the same thing and is much easier
permit users to define their choice of all defaults in all aspects
To clarify, one of our employees' profiles defaults to list view every time for every case. All other employees' profiles default to folder view. Apparently there's no way to fix this?
