If a firm transitions from Needles 4 to Neos and have documents coded with multiple "If" statements that contain bolded text. When those documents are converted to Neos the bolded text no longer works.
This is something very important to some firms and would like for this to be a future improvement for firms coming to Neos.
Documents have complex coding and it is necessary for bolding to convert when a document is generated in Neos. It creates too much room for error and omission if a legal assistant has to remember to manually bold and what needs to be made bold within a document after it is generated. Neos is taking a step back from Needles when it is supposed to be making the running of a case more efficient.
