If we get this features added as an option to the column selection in the Companion Case tab, perhaps we can also add in the option to show the Case Open Date?
I agree. There should be more options available in the column chooser in Companion Cases. In addition to Date of Incident, staff assignments may be helpful to determine if the cases are not assigned properly.
