Be able to close all open cases at once, any time.

Currently we're only able to "close all tabs" when we have far too many open at one time. Otherwise, when we have say 10 or so open, each one individually must be closed. Keeping the "close all tabs" button available at all times seems easy enough and a convenience factor.
