On the request tab user would like the phone number to be displayed first not the fax

For another provider, the fax will be first and the phone number second. I checked and when I created the provider profile I inputted the phone number first, then the fax second. This is confusing since often I'm in a hurry and need to call an provider and I'm expecting the phone number to be first.
