Neos - Add back the ability to use Bulk Actions to Mark as Read in Browse Intakes

When you import intakes, they all come into the Browse Intakes screen bolded. The only way to change the bolding is to open each intake individually. When importing a large number of intakes, there is not always a need to open/view each intake but you cannot identify the intake was reviewed without doing so. With the Bulk Actions > Mark as Read, a large number of intakes could be identified as read at one time.
