Right now the notes "topic" column is useless as one must open each item to see the subject of the topic. It would be grand if Assembly Legal could automatically transfer the subject line of the Outlook email into the topic column of the linked email in Needles Neos.
I do agree that attempting to scan a long list of notes created from tagged emails can be inefficient, since what the note column displays is limited to the date and email recipients. Prioritizing the subject line ahead of the date/recipients would be helpful.
Or providing a field for the end user to enter a relevant string of text that concatenates to the beginning of the note, sort of like a tagging option, something that becomes searchable in addition to immediately viewable in the notes column.
