Neos: Cannot toggle on Requests for deposit if the amount of the transaction is more than amount due

When adding a transaction to a value item with an amount due, you cannot toggle on request for a deposit if the amount of the transaction is higher than the amount due on the value item.

This is uncommon, but sometimes the firm receives a deposit larger than what is due and it doesn't seem like there is a way to track this overpayment.
