Be able to put in both the callers information and the case information with out it cancelling each other out.

as of now you can not put in a caller information and the case information because it automatically changes it to the case info . There should be a way you can add the caller and the case info. into one message without it changing to one or the other. this would make it a lot easier to take messages.
