Adding customization under contacts

As it stands, there is no way to add a note under contact emails or phone numbers in the event that there are multiple contact persons on a specific case. our only options are "personal, business, mobile" and no room to add a note as to what each is for. For instance, i have a case for a minor and two parents, however i cannot specify which mobile number is for whom. a note section would remedy that.
