We are just now migrating over to Neos from Needles. I can tell you that the document management side of things is way differnt than we are used to and also more complicated. In traditional Microsoft explorer, folder views, you can do so much. It would be nice if they would just go back to that method in my opinion. Now we have multiple folders for clients that came over and to get full document management I will have to add a "document type" for each folder that we are migrating from Needles. This could be a hundred or more. It's crazy because most of these document types exist only as folder name in traditional Needles for one or two Clients only and we don't need to see that document type across ALL clients. But we are forced to now with Neos. So consider that the Microsoft traditional explorer structrue of naming folders was not all that bad and actually gave more flexability in a way.
Finally, at least consider adding a sort (on any column) in the Folder view of Neos and not just the list view. We are told by Neos staff that you want to mostly work in the Folder view anyway, so it makes sense that if we are working there we should have the ability to SORT in folder view and not just in list view.
