Allow selecting credit cards as Debit accounts

Currently, only bank accounts can be selected from the Debit Accounts section of the check request in the QB Integrator. They -can- be selected as Credit Accounts, even though these cards are usually used for outgoing payments. Please allow credit cards to be selected as Debit Accounts.
