Neos - Save how we have our Notes Sorted

As it currently functions, the notes tab always defaults to Newest to Oldest.

Even when we switch this to what we need it to be, changing away from the notes tab and back again resets everything to the default of Newest to Oldest.

Add functionality that allows our custom sorting to save between tabs. That way we don't have to manually set everything ourselves every time we click into the tab.
