Case Calendar - Allow Change to Default Time of Appt

When adding an appointment from the Case Calendar tab, the appointment automatically defaults to 12:00am-12:30am - this can be overlooked when scheduling quickly, which leads to not being able to see the appointment on your calendar. Please add the ability to default the time of your appointment on the Case Calendar tab
