Are their plans to bring back the Quality Assurance aka CRM tab capabilities?

From time to time our firm plays around with the idea of bringing back the Quality Assurance or CRM tab capabilities it seems to me that this could easily a module like the intake solution in order to help Neo's customers have a better understanding of how they are supporting their clients at different stages of their cases to insure they are getting the best service possible. This could have a management dashboard and all the cool bells and whistles.
