Bring back the previous and next arrow in value entry screen

We used to have these arrows to switch between entries in the value tab.

The benefit of the arrow is an example

When a user enters case expense with a DTF entry they can use the arrow to quickly go to the DTF entry, rather than exiting out and re-opening the specific DTF value.
