Neos Value Notes (header)

When reviewing the value notes (verifications) for each individual provider for a client, we are unable to see which providers we are looking at unless staff adds it to the top of the note. We then have to back out of the Value note and go back to the BILL/Value screen to see which provider we were just reviewing.
