Need ability to turn off automatic toggling of "check request" when entering payment for bills

We have found that when we enter a payment from client, insurance, whomever, the "request a check" button automatically toggles so we have to be aware and remember to uncheck it each time. I don't think it is likely many people want to request checks when entering client bills
