Making adding a note 1 click, not 2.

Currently, to add a note you need to click twice. The first click brings up a small dialogue box. You then need to click a second time to get to the "details" screen, the only place you can access the "topic" drop down, which must be selected before the note can be saved. Why not have the first click on "add note" go straight to the "details" screen so everything can be entered there.
