Open Links in New Tab Instead of same Neos Tab

This would allow us to view things like Companion Cases/Values while at the same time being able to make notes for users that only have a 1 screen set up. Right now you have to Open Sidebar Links like Case Docs in the same tab, then open in Sharepoint and then be able to go back and make notes.
