Ability to add default values to fields in case and intake layouts

For many of our fields, they would have a default value for every case or intake. The ability to set that default in the layout would help so it is never missed or needs to be entered. For instance we have a field for BI insurance, but if the field is not selected, it will not generate. If we set the field value to BI it always would.
