Ability to send a text message to a provider that does not have a case entered

Before the most recent update, you could send a text message to a provider and that message would post to the notes in that provider. You can no longer send a text message at all to a provider unless they have a case entered to post the text message to. This makes zero sense since there is a notes section for every provider where the text messages can be posted to. This not really a new idea. It is a request to reinstate something we were able to do just a couple of weeks ago. Thank you.

Agree - This needs to be added back in.

When I pull the case provider list it gives you the option to text a Provider but the Provider text message does not pull in the case number or case name to allow you to text the Provider or it does not pull up a case name or case number for the Provider you want to text from the case Provider list.

Also the Provider phone number is limited to business # you cannot choose cell/mobile #. That means you cannot cal or text other neumbers.

    Attached are the screen shots.

Please add back that funtionality to send texts to non-party providers. We use texting from Neos a lot to confirm appointment times and communicate with witnesses and other contacts/providers who are not parties in cases.
