The needles messages sent to our e-mail should state case name, from, and then first line of the message in the e-mail preview instead of simply "DoNotReply-NeedlesCloud-Message Updated" - - this way we'll know what case the e-mail is about. Also - if a needles message is sent to multiple users, the e-mail body should state who all was on the message so I can tell if it's a message from a CM to me and another staffer or just to me.
