Need Client Email Column in Reports

GOAL:

I want a report that shows my prospect's email addresses.


PROBLEM:

The Intake First Party Export report indicates it will: "Displays the default address and email addresses for intakes within the selected criteria for export to csv file."


However, this is NOT true.


There is NO column available in the "Add or Remove Columns" dropdown for my prospect's email address.


I believe this USED to be available (the feature is in the title of the report, see above), but is no longer.


Emailing prospects is necessary in order to stay in touch with prospects who have expressed an interest in our firm and so this needs to be fixed or added.


ALSO, this feature NEEDS to be available in the "Advanced Search" Reports as a selection in the "Add or Remove Columns".


It's simply not there as I have discussed this with two (2) of your techs.


When you go to Advanced Search and search for "Intakes" and select the "Add or Remove Columns" dropdown and type "email" the ONLY two choices are.


1. Intake Taken By Email and


2. Primary Staff Email


There needs to be a selection for client or prospect's Email Address.
